I specialize in two types of photography services: real estate and portraits. Real estate photography is focused on accurately capturing the layout and character of a property to visually market it to potential buyers. Portrait photography encompasses a range of milestones, from engagements, weddings, and newborns to family portraits and other special events.
Professional real estate photography is crucial in today's highly visual world where buyers are constantly searching for homes online. High-quality photos can make a property stand out from the competition, grab attention, and generate interest, ultimately leading to a successful sale.
Prior to the session, it's important to prepare the space by decluttering and organizing, removing personal items and memorabilia, and ensuring that all lights are on. During the session, I will take a variety of photos to showcase the property's size, shape, texture, and layout. After the session, clients will be invited to view a gallery and can download the photos to their computer or mobile device.
For portrait sessions, it's important to wear something comfortable that you feel confident in. I recommend avoiding patterns and logos, and instead opting for solid colors that complement each other. For family portraits, it's a good idea to coordinate colors without being too matchy-matchy.
After the session, I will carefully select and edit the best photos to showcase each individual or family. Clients will receive their photos within 1-2 weeks after the session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
